So, is Prosearch Asset Solutions Ltd evil? Probably not. Are they annoying? Absolutely, if you owe money. The reviews paint a mixed picture: professional at times, pushy at others. But here’s my hot take—most complaints come from people who genuinely forgot a bill. Paid on time? You’ll never deal with them. Ignored a parking ticket? Welcome to the club.
If I had to sum up the Crawley reviews in one sentence, it would be: “They get the job done, but they’re not winning any popularity contests.” Sort of like the person who reminds you to do your taxes. Unpleasant, but necessary.
Oh, and that letter I found? Turned out to be a misprint from three years ago. I’m still ignoring it. Don’t follow my advice on that one.
