Let’s not forget the big, chaotic, “Oh god, what did she do now?” moments. Those were filmed in very specific spots.
The London Eye makes an appearance, obviously. It’s like a Bridget Jones tradition at this point. But they also used Kensington Gardens for a particularly awkward walk-and-talk scene. You’ll recognize the statues and the wide, manicured paths.
For the book launch party sequence, they shot at the Royal Academy of Arts. Fancy, right? Bridget, in a dress that’s slightly too tight, wandering around a museum full of old masters. It’s a beautiful, chaotic mess.

And what about the new love interest, the very young, very handsome one? His scenes have a distinct vibe. They filmed a lot of his home interiors at Shepperton again, but the outdoor stuff was pure London.
The Primrose Hill skyline shots are there. You know, the ones where they sit on the grass and pretend they’re deep. It’s basically a pilgrimage site for anyone who’s ever been in a rom-com.
Also, keep an eye out for the Shoreditch scenes. They shot in that trendy, brick-walled, exposed-pipe area. It screams “cool, young professional,” which is the exact opposite of Bridget’s vibe. And that’s the joke.
