Check the official Arsenal website or your club app about 48 hours before kickoff. That’s where the gospel lives. TV broadcasters love to move kickoff times like they’re playing chess, so don’t trust that old screenshot you took last Tuesday.
But here’s the fun part: the answer is never simple, is it? It’s like asking “what’s for dinner” in a house full of picky eaters. You’ll get a different reply from your mate Dave in London versus your cousin in Los Angeles.
Why Time Zones Are the Real Enemy
If you live in the UK, the game is probably at 3 PM on a Saturday—unless it’s on Sky Sports, then it’s 12:30 PM or 5:30 PM. Unless it’s a European night, then it’s 8 PM. Unless it’s a Carabao Cup tie, then just sacrifice a chicken and hope for the best.
For my fellow fans in the US, it gets extra spicy. A 3 PM Saturday game in London means a 10 AM kickoff on the East Coast. That’s breakfast time. So yes, you’re eating cereal while shouting at your TV about an offside call. West Coast fans? You’re waking up at 7 AM. Who needs a morning jog when you have high blood pressure?
