Ah, the universal dread. But relax—there’s a decent car park right outside. No need to circle the block like a vulture. And if you’re on foot or bike, it’s tucked right in Wendene, easy to find. Even the postcode is easy to remember: NR5 9HA.
Pushing a pram or walking with a limp? The entrance is step-free, and the doors open automatically. They’ve thought about the little frustrations, so you don’t have to.
Appointments that don’t feel like a marathon
You know that feeling when you’ve waited forty minutes for a five-minute chat? It doesn’t happen here. The team runs a tight ship. I once waited only twelve minutes for a check-up, and the doctor even apologised for the delay.
They also offer online consultations for simple things like hayfever or a repeat sick note. You can fill out a form in your pyjamas, and a doctor replies by the end of the day. It’s like having a medical genie in your phone.
