A practical rule: match the setting. If the space is formal, rewrite the thought. “I’m new to this” or “I’m still learning” conveys the same message without the extra heat. You can keep the honesty; you just remove the language that could be misread.
Also, watch for who you’re talking to. Some people are fine with profanity; others experience it as disrespect. If your goal is clarity and connection, keep your audience in mind.
