Whether you’re looking for a temp gig to pay off that festival ticket, or a permanent role that doesn’t make you dread Monday mornings, Proactive Personnel covers the spectrum. Think of them as the Swiss Army knife of recruitment. Got a sudden urge to stack boxes for a month? Done. Want to settle into a cushy admin job where the tea round is a serious business? They’ve got that too.
They work with everyone from logistics whizzes to customer service legends, and they don’t judge you for having a gap in your CV where you “found yourself” (or just watched Netflix for six months). We’ve all been there, and they act like it.
Apprentice Employers - Proactive Personnel
The “Talking to a Mate” Energy
Here’s the thing about Manchester: we don’t do fake. We do straight-talking, chip-on-the-shoulder honesty. Proactive Personnel gets that. Their consultants won’t pitch a job to you with the glossy enthusiasm of a late-night infomercial. They’ll say, “Alright, the role is a bit boring, but the pay is solid and the boss is away a lot.” Beautiful.
It’s the kind of conversation you’d have over a pint at The Marble Arch. No buzzwords, no corporate fluff, just “here’s what we’ve got, fancy it?” That trust makes the whole process feel less like a chore and more like a chinwag.
