Let’s be real: we’ve all done it. You give a friend your Amazon password (which you shouldn’t), they log into your account on their Kindle, and suddenly they own your library. This works, but it’s a security nightmare. What if they accidentally buy a $200 textbook? What if they see your “guilty pleasure” romance novels?
Side note: You can deregister a device remotely. So if your ex-friend goes rogue, you can boot them from your account. But still—risky business. Proceed with caution, and maybe change your password after. (Trust issues, anyone?)
